What is Ignite?

The Ignite format is a fun way of sharing research. Speakers have 5 minutes to get through 20 slides which auto-advance every 15 seconds.

 

Why only 5 minutes?

The aim is to enlighten the audience, but make it quick! Also, if there's a topic you aren't too interested in, all you have to do is wait 5 minutes for the next one. 

 

What should I expect from an Ignite talk?

An entertaining presentation with a clear 'take home' message.
